Privacy Policy

WhereCast keeps player-facing data minimal: your email (if you sign in), a chosen username, your guess attempts, and your streak. Weather data is queried from Open-Meteo without forwarding any identifying information. We do not run analytics or third-party trackers.

Guest play (no sign-in) is fully anonymous: only a session cookie ties one game to one device. Sign-in via Google or Apple uses OAuth; we receive your email and display name but nothing else.
