Reset your password

On the sign-in page, select "Forgot?" next to the password, or open the password reset page. Enter the email address of your account. We send you a link to set a new password.

The same account works on the website and in the iOS app. After a reset, sign in to the app again.

Delete your account

On the website, sign in, open Profile and select Delete Account. Type your username to confirm.

In the iOS app, go to Profile › Account › Delete account.

This deletes your account, your games and your statistics. You cannot undo this. Signing out or deleting the app does not delete your account.

Report a player name

Usernames appear on the public leaderboards. To report one, email [email protected] with the username and the leaderboard where you saw it. The report option in the iOS app sends this email for you.

We review every report. We can hide a player from the public leaderboards.

Turn off reminders

Email reminders: on the website, sign in, open Profile, clear "Daily reminder email" and select Save.

Push reminders: the iOS app sends these through OneSignal. To stop them, turn off push reminders in the app. You can also go to iPhone Settings › Notifications › WhereCast and turn off Allow Notifications. Signing out of the app also stops push reminders on that device.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases in the iOS app go through Apple, and Apple handles their refunds. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
